3. Job Postings

3.1 For Employers/Recruiters

• All job postings must be accurate and comply with applicable labor laws
• You must disclose all material terms of employment
• Postings must not contain discriminatory language
• Fees for premium listings are non-refundable

3.2 For Job Seekers

• We verify job postings but cannot guarantee all information
• Report suspicious postings immediately
• Never pay any fees for job applications

4. Job Applications

4.1 Application Process

• You may apply to jobs through our platform
• Applications require accurate information
• False information may lead to account termination

4.2 Application Fees

Gulfwant does not charge candidates for job applications. Any requests for payment should be reported immediately.

4.3 Application Status

Application status updates are provided by employers, not Gulfwant. We cannot guarantee response times.

5. Communication and Calls

5.1 Contact Through Platform

• All initial communications should occur through our platform
• We monitor communications for quality and safety
• Never share sensitive personal information in messages

5.2 Phone Calls

• Recruiters may contact you via phone if you provide consent
• Report any suspicious calls immediately
• Standard call rates may apply based on your carrier

5.3 Video Interviews

Some employers may conduct interviews through our platform. These sessions may be recorded for quality purposes.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and applications
• Not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not post false or misleading job opportunities
• Not harass other users or Gulfwant staff

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Gulfwant platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gulfwant shall not be liable for:

1. Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services
2. The accuracy or completeness of job listings or employer information
3. Any employment decisions made by employers or recruitment agencies
4. Any communication between users outside our platform
5. Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

10. Fees and Payments

Some services may require payment. All fees will be clearly displayed before you complete any transaction.

10.1 Refund Policy

Premium services are non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
