Powder Coating

Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience as a painter-cum-blaster in industrial projects.
Must have knowledge of surface cleaning, sanding, pump skids & frames, control panels, motors, and their spare parts.
Should be familiar with applying multi-coat protective coating systems (primer, intermediate, and topcoat) using epoxy-based systems.
Must have knowledge of measuring and recording Dry Film Thickness (DFT) using calibrated DFT gauges as per project specifications.
Should be skilled in operating and maintaining painting equipment (air compressors, spray guns, etc.).
Knowledge of pre-painting inspection methods (e.g., salt testing, dust testing) is required.
Should know basic English.
