1. Female Beach Supervisor
Candidates with experience in incident command or emergency management.
Administrative and report-writing experience.
Bilingual communication skills are considered an advantage.
Proven lifeguarding experience (typically 2-3 seasons or equivalent rescue/lead hours).
Ability to manage multiple incidents effectively under pressure.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Valid driver’s license (preferred or required for transportation-related duties).
Strong swimming and rescue capabilities.
Ability to maintain situational awareness across multiple stations.
Ability to lift/move equipment and coordinate emergency logistics.

Further Job Requirements:
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
