Electricians

1.Scope of Recruitment:
Recruitment of 20 workers (Electricians). All candidates must be skilled and suitable.
2.Salary:
OMR 80–100 per month per worker (depending on skill level, experience, and trade test performance).
3.Working Hours:
9 hours duty per day.
4.Break Time:1-hour lunch break (excluded from working hours)
5.Overtime 9 hours work + 1 hour lunch = 10 hours total presence, then overtime starts.
6 Overtime Rate OMR 0.300–0.400 per hour
7 Weekly Off Friday

9 Other Recruitment Costs Medical, joining ticket, recruitment charges borne by candidate/agency
10 Accommodation Provided by Employer
11 Food / Allowance Provided by Employer
12 Medical (Oman) Provided by employer as per Oman Labour Law
13 Pre-Departure Medical Agency / Candidate responsibility
14 Contract Period 2 Years
15 Leave Benefits After 2 years: two-way ticket + 1 month leave salary
16 Probation Period 3 months
17 Performance Clause Employer can reassign or terminate; salary may be revised
18 Replacement Clause Free replacement within agreed period or return arrangement
19 Documentation Valid passport, experience proof, skill verification
20 Mobilization Time Within 30 days after selection
21 Termination Clause For poor performance, misconduct, violations
