1. Female Assistant Manager
Candidates with minimum of 2 years of staff supervision experience.
Candidates with experience with event operations or public safety coordination.
Familiarity with local beach regulations and incident documentation procedures.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (hospitality, retail, camps, or similar environments).
Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
Customer service experience in high-volume outdoor environments.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work outdoors.
Ability to assist in emergency response situations when required.
Confidence working in public-facing, high-visibility environments.

Further Job Requirements:
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
