MEP Supervisor
Job Requirements:
Appropriate FM certificates or qualification.
Candidates with minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Facilities Management Operation.
Having strong computer skills with hands-on experience in report preparation, and CAFM system operations.
Candidates with experience in managing Facilities Management services within residential/commercial towers.
Candidates with experience working under Owners Association management will be an advantage.
Having strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
Candidates must have good communication and teamwork skills.
Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa are highly preferred.
