Business Development Manager – Construction

Job Description: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction and maintenance projects with Saudi Aramco and other key clients.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.

• Ensure compliance with Aramco General Instructions (GIs).
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with project and estimation teams.
• Promote local content initiatives (e.g., IKTVA compliance).
• Minimum 10 years of business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of KSA construction market and Aramco procurement.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strategic planning, budgeting, CRM software experience.
