## 📋 Driver Roles Available:
* Heavy Vehicle Driver (C or CE license)
* Bus Driver (D license)
* Light Goods Delivery (C1 license)
* Taxi/Private Hire Driver (Specialized license)
* Contract: Full-time and Seasonal positions available
* Sectors: Construction, Public Transport, Tourism, Logistics, Retail
## 🛠️ Requirements & Experience:
* License: Valid appropriate driver's license from country of origin (must be convertible to a Malta/EU license). For category C/CE, experience is necessary. For C1 and lower, 1-2 years is preferred.
* Experience: 1-5 years minimum experience depending on vehicle type (Heavy is higher, Light is lower).
* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
* CPC: Required for C, C1, and D categories (candidates can often complete this in Malta).
* Clean Driving Record: Must provide a police conduct certificate and driving record.
* Languages: Conversational English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
## 🌍 Work Permit & Eligibility:
* Non-EU Citizens: Requires an Employer-Sponsored Work Permit (Single Permit).
* Process: Employer initiates the process with Identity Malta.
* Eligibility: Valid passport, full background check, appropriate driver's licensing conversion potential.
## 💰 Compensation & Benefits:
* Salary Range:
* Heavy Vehicle/Bus: €1,500 – €2,500+ monthly
* Light Goods/Taxi: €1,200 – €1,800+ monthly
* Benefits: Competitive wages (including performance bonuses), help with initial accommodation (often employer-assisted for the first months), Health Insurance, Paid Leave, Social Security contributions.
