Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Managed Services, Service Delivery, or Customer Success roles.
Strong understanding of managed services, IT operations, and service management frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong commercial awareness and contract management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
Salary

KD 1000 – 1500 + Other Benefits
