DAIKIN Air Conditioning Manufacturing Project

CLIENT INTERVIEW WILL BE HELD SHORTLY IN DELHI
LAB TEST ENGINEERS
Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Energy / Mechanical / HVAC.
SCE Registration with experience in testing, laboratory, HVAC production, commissioning, quality, or technical support activities.
PIPING MACHINE OPERATORS – SAR 4,160/-
Copper pipe cutting, drilling, bending, shaping, punching, flaring, & machine operations.
Maintaining 5S standards for chiller units and components.
TEST ELECTRICIANS – SAR 4,160/-
Perform vacuum operations, units for refrigerant charging, check system pressures, functional and performance tests.
Electrical safety training (PES/PAV/PEI or equivalent).
BRAZING ASSEMBLERS (WELDERS) – SAR 3,200/-
Copper pipe welding on units or parts.
Cleaning, positioning, fitting, quality execution of joints.
Sealing, leak/tightness tests of welds and joints.
AC ELECTRICIAN ASSEMBLERS – SAR 3,200/-
Electrical pre-wiring and wiring of units according to diagrams.
ASSEMBLY OPERATORS – SAR 2,600/-
Mechanical assembly and pre-assembly.
Thermal insulation.
Electrical pre-wiring and cable routing (non-live circuits).
AC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS – SAR 3,700 – 4,200/-
Candidate Requirements
All candidates should have 3+ years of experience in an AC manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience in the following:
Manufacturing company work.
Refrigeration cycle.
Daikin Air Conditioning India Pvt. Ltd.
Carrier Air Conditioning & Refrigeration India.
Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Ltd.
Blue Star Ltd.
Voltas Ltd.
LG.
Mitsubishi Electric India.
Havells Lloyd.
Similar air conditioning manufacturing experience.
