## 📋 EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

* Experience: Minimum 10–15 Years of experience as an Auto Electrician cum A/C Technician.
* Expertise: Extensive experience with multi-brand heavy vehicles, light vehicles, and construction equipment.
* Brand Experience: Fleet experience including Scania, Volvo, MAN, Isuzu, Hino, UD Trucks, Sinotruk, Hyundai, Kobelco, JCB, Sany, and other major brands.
* Education: Diploma or ITI in Automobile/Electrical field. Manufacturer training certifications are an added advantage.
* Gulf Experience: Gulf experience is must and valid GCC driving license is an added advantage. 🗺️🪪

## ⚡ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES## 1. Auto Electrician Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and repair electrical faults in multi-brand vehicles (heavy & light) and equipment.
* Troubleshoot starting, charging, lighting, and electronic control systems.
* Repair/replace wiring harnesses, relays, switches, connectors, fuses, and circuit protection devices.
* Perform electrical repairs on alternators, starters, batteries, and charging systems.
* Diagnose sensors, actuators, and electronic control modules (ECM, ECU, TCM, BCM, ABS modules).

## 2. Air Conditioning Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and repair vehicle and equipment air conditioning systems.
* Service and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, driers, and blower motors.
* Perform refrigerant recovery, vacuuming, gas charging, and leak detection procedures.
* Diagnose electronic climate control systems and HVAC modules.
* Repair/replace A/C hoses, pipes, fittings, and control components.

## 3. Diagnostic & Troubleshooting:

* Conduct systematic root-cause analysis of recurring failures.
* Identify intermittent electrical faults and provide permanent solutions.
* Support workshop foreman in technical troubleshooting and repair planning.
