* Salary Range: 12,000 - 15,000 SAR / Month

## 📋 Key Responsibilities:

* Lead architectural concept, schematic, and detailed design.
* Manage multidisciplinary coordination.
* Ensure compliance with SBC (Saudi Building Code), local authority requirements, and international standards.

## ⚙️ Required Skills & Expertise:

* Strong in Revit, AutoCAD, and design codes.
* Experience in luxury residential and high-end commercial projects.
* Excellent design management and coordination skills.
* Expertise in Architecture, Design Management, Concept Design, and Luxury Projects.
