## 🛠️ Post Details:

* Position: Structural BIM Modeler
* Experience Required: 10+ Years

## 💰 Salary Range:

* Salary: 6,000 - 7,000 SAR / Month

## 📋 Key Responsibilities:

* Structural BIM modeling including reinforcement.
* Extract BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) from Revit.
* Coordinate with structural engineers and the project team.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards and deadlines.

## ⚙️ Required Skills:

* Proficient in Revit (Structural).
* BBS extraction and documentation.
* Good knowledge of structural codes and standards.
* Strong understanding of concrete and steel structures.
* Good coordination and communication skills.
