* Position: Mechanical BIM Modeler
* Experience Required: 10+ Years
* Job Location: Saudi Arabia

## 💰 Salary Range:

* Salary: 7,000 - 8,000 SAR / Month

## 📋 Key Responsibilities:

* Develop mechanical BIM models (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting).
* Coordinate with structural and electrical BIM teams.
* Extract shop drawings and schedules.
* Ensure BIM deliverables meet project standards.

## ⚙️ Required Skills:

* Expert in Revit MEP.
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems.
* Good knowledge in sustainability requirements.
* Experience in BIM Modeling and Coordination.
