KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on rotating equipment as per maintenance schedules.
Carry out corrective and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures and identify root causes.
Perform assembly, disassembly, and alignment of rotating equipment.
Maintain and repair pumps/compressors/steam turbines/fans and coolers.
Check and calibrate mechanical seal indicators and vibration tools.
Apply good engineering practices.
Ensure safe maintenance work complying with company safety standards and procedures.
Prepare maintenance reports and complete work orders in the CMMS.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Diploma/3 years in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 7–10 years in oil & gas, petrochemical, or fertilizer plants.
Strong knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
Good understanding of safety procedures and work permits.
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
