Job Responsibilities
Select, inspect, and safely use rigging equipment and gear.
Inspect slings, shackles, hooks, wire ropes, and other rigging equipment before use.
Plan and prepare rigging arrangements for lifting operations.
Safely attach and secure loads to cranes and lifting devices.
Guide crane operators using proper hand signals or radio communication.
Check load weight, balance, and stability before lifting.
Guide the movement and placement of loads to the required location.
Ensure all lifting activities follow safety standards and site procedures.
Coordinate effectively with crane operators, supervisors, and ground workers.
Maintain and store rigging equipment properly after use.
Immediately report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
Follow all site safety rules and wear the required PPE.

Candidate Requirements
Valid Passport and required documents are mandatory.
Physically fit and capable of performing rigging and lifting duties.
Knowledge of basic rigging equipment and safe lifting practices.
Gulf experience is preferred, but Indian experience is also accepted.
