Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should be ready to work as technicians for a Facilities Management Company.
Candidates should be ITI / Diploma Holders/ relevant technical trade certificate is mandatory.
Candidates should be English Speaking.
Senior Technicians should have minimum 03 - 05 Years of GCC Experience in Facilities Management Companies.
Technicians should have minimum 02 Years of GCC Experience or 08 Years of Experience in India
HVAC Technician - Candidate should have experience in Maintenance and Troubleshooting of HVAC Systems, Chiller Units, Package Units, AHU’s and FHU’s. Preference for Candidates with Experience in VRF and VRV
Multi Technicians – Candidates should have experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Systems Maintenance and Trouble Shooting.
Plumber - Candidates should have knowledge in Installation and repair of pipes and fixtures that carry water, gas and other fluids, Valves, fittings, drainage systems in commercial and residential buildings.
Age should be Less than 35 years.
Candidates should be Physically fit.
