Duty: 8 Hours + 3–4 Hours Overtime Daily

Experience: Fresher or GCC experience preferred
1. Steel Fixer
26 Days Salary: AED 1,200 (975 + 225 food allowance)
30 Days Salary: AED 1,425 (1,200 + 225)
Approx. Target Salary: AED 1,600–2,100 on theka/output system
Read and follow structural drawings.
Cutting, bending and fixing reinforcement steel.
Prepare and place reinforcement bars as required.
2. Carpenter
26 Days Salary: AED 1,200 (975 + 225)
30 Days Salary: AED 1,425 (1,200 + 225)
Approx. Target Salary: AED 1,600–2,100
Formwork and shuttering work.
Wooden/construction carpentry as required.
Follow drawings and site instructions.
3. Scaffolder
26 Days Salary: AED 1,200 (975 + 225)
30 Days Salary: AED 1,425 (1,200 + 225)
Approx. Target Salary: AED 1,600–2,100
Erection and dismantling of scaffolding.
Ensure scaffolding is properly secured and safe.
Follow site safety procedures.
4. Labour
26 Days Salary: AED 1,050 (825 + 225)
30 Days Salary: AED 1,275 (1,050 + 225)
Approx. Target Salary: AED 1,400–1,600
General construction site assistance.
Material loading/unloading and shifting.
Assist skilled workers with daily site activities.
5. Tile Mason
26 Days Salary: AED 1,350 (1,125 + 225)
30 Days Salary: AED 1,575 (1,350 + 225)
Approx. Target Salary: AED 1,700–2,200
Tile fixing for floors and walls.
Surface preparation and finishing.
Maintain proper alignment, level and spacing.
6. Block / Plaster Mason
26 Days Salary: AED 1,300 (1,075 + 225)
30 Days Salary: AED 1,525 (1,300 + 225)
Approx. Target Salary: AED 1,700–2,200
Block laying and plastering work.
Prepare mortar and plaster materials.
Maintain proper alignment and finishing.
