* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering or a related field
* 2–4 years of relevant experience in marine / boat maintenance
* Strong knowledge of engine systems, troubleshooting, and repairs
* Ability to work independently and coordinate with team members
* Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible
