🛠️ Job Responsibilities

Electrician

Electrical maintenance and repair work.
Troubleshooting wiring, switches, lighting and electrical systems.
Preventive maintenance as required.

A/C Technician

Installation, maintenance and repair of AC systems.
Troubleshooting AC faults.
Routine servicing and preventive maintenance.

Plumber

Plumbing maintenance and repair.
Handle water supply, drainage and sanitary systems.
Identify and repair leaks and plumbing faults.

Wall Painter

Wall preparation and painting.
Touch-up and finishing work.
Maintain proper painting quality and cleanliness.

Helper

Assist skilled maintenance workers.
Loading, unloading and shifting materials.
Keep the work area clean and organized.

Furniture Carpenter

Furniture repair and maintenance.
Basic carpentry and installation work.
Handle furniture-related maintenance tasks.
