🛠️ Job Responsibilities

Electrician

Electrical installation, maintenance and repair.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and wiring.
Carry out routine building maintenance.

A/C Technician

AC servicing, maintenance and repair.
Troubleshoot cooling and electrical faults.
Perform preventive maintenance.

Plumber

Plumbing installation, repair and maintenance.
Handle water supply, drainage and sanitary systems.
Repair leaks and other plumbing issues.

Wall Painter

Wall preparation and painting.
Touch-up and finishing work.
Maintain proper quality and cleanliness.

Helper

Assist skilled maintenance workers.
Loading, unloading and shifting materials.
Keep the maintenance/work area clean.

Furniture Carpenter

Furniture repair and maintenance.
Basic carpentry and installation work.
Handle furniture-related repair jobs.
