PROJECT MANAGER

Implement and configure property management system (ERP) for the mall.
Manage tenant data, leases, rent schedules, billing and reporting
Coordinate with tenants, finance and operations teams.
Ensure smooth go-live, testing and training.
Track performance, resolve issues and ensure system stability.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
10+ years in commercial real estate, shopping mall/retail sector
Proven ERP implementation/administration experience.
Strong database, migration, validation and reporting skills.
Knowledge of tenant billing and receivables/payables.
Fluent in French and English.
Postgraduate degree in business/management, IT/computer studies an advantage.
