Position: HSE Officer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: AED 6,000 – 9,000 Per Month
Minimum Experience: 6+ Years
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field from a recognized higher-learning institution.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification is mandatory and subject to ADNOC Group approval.
Additional HSE certifications will be an advantage.
Brownfield experience is mandatory.
ADNOC experience is preferred.
UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
Valid and verifiable educational and professional qualification documents are required.
Qualifications must be obtained through regular/full-time education from recognized institutions. Correspondence-mode diplomas/degrees will not be accepted.
Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, site safety requirements, risk assessment, inspections and incident prevention.
Candidates with relevant ADNOC/client approvals will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and requirements at the project site.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, project requirements and applicable UAE regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety observations and risk assessments.
Monitor the safe execution of construction and site activities.
Identify unsafe conditions and practices and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and HSE awareness programs.
Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe occurrences and prepare reports.
Coordinate with project management, supervisors and contractors on HSE matters.
Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, training records and other required documentation.
Ensure continuous compliance with project HSE requirements.
